Coleader means responsibility and work. So it's not a privilege but a duty. I want you guys to really understand this. It's not a shinny badge you hang there. It's not a power display either. It means you have to put in work for the clan and take on leadership and contribute.
So here are the guidelines to earn Elder and Co:
Elders - active participants of the clan
- Must be active and not missing more than half of the wars in the season. You can miss half since you might need to upgrade heroes.
- If you opt in, you cannot miss a single raid
- Minimum donation is 500 per season.
- Donation ratio is 1:2 minimum. That means if you take 1000, you need to give at least 500
Coleaders - active contributors of the clan
- Must be active and not missing half of the wars in the season. You can miss half since you might need to upgrade heroes.
- If you opt in, you cannot miss a single raid
- Minimum donation is 1000 per season
- Donation ratio is 1:1 minimum. That means you need to give the same amount you take from the clan
- War pioneers. Good war raiders. Not afraid to try new tricks. It's ok if you fail, but you are setting the examples and leading the clan to be better raiders. I understand this is a soft measurement. But I will watch the clan closely. Once you met the above black and white participation and donation requirements, I will promote good warriors.
Demotions and how to keep your titles
At the end of the season, I will look at the following if I need to demo players
- When you miss the participation and donation numbers, you will be demoted at the end of the season. So this is totally in your own control
- I will not demote people because you are trying new things in war and blanked or one starred.
- Once you earned elder or Co, just be active, participate and donate, you will keep your title
- Of course, if you are being disrespectful or breaking major clan rules, you will get demoted or even kicked. We don't tolerate bad immature behaviors in the clan.
Clash Caller and War achieve
p.s. all war logs will now be archived on Clash Caller. You can use our clan ID to locate all archived wars. It's your responsibility to call the base and log your attacks, however, I will double check and log as well. The archive will be used to log your participation in war. None active members missing huge amount of wars obviously will not become officers of the season.
Vacations
If you are on vacations for a week or two, I won't take it as you are inactive. So I will adjust the participation and donation requirements for the season when you are out for a week or two. Demote per inactive status is more applied to those who are taking extended period of break from the game.
